What is TPI?

TPI has been built on data gathered from over 20 years of experiences with 100, 000+ golfers. Notably, 47 out of the top 50 golfers, coaches, and trainers recognized by Golf Digest are TPI certified or TPI Advisory Board Members. This underscores the impact and credibility of TPI in optimizing golf performance.

To achieve an efficient swing,

a golfer must first be screened.

Customized exercise program

After you've completed the 15 movements that the TPI has identified as crucial for your golf swing, you will receive your personalized exercise program tailored to your specific findings. You can download this program on your phone to ensure you won't miss your workouts.

Being with a movement assessment for optimal results. Identifying and addressing physical limitations through TPI establishes a solid foundation for an improved and sustainable golf swing. Once these issues are addressed, collaborating with a swing coach to refine technique becomes more impactful. The integration of both approaches forms a comprehensive strategy for enhancing overall golf performance. 

TPI 1st Session - 90 min. $260

In your first session with me, as a TPI specialist, you can expect a comprehensive and personal approach to address your specific needs. Here's a detailed outline of what the session entails:

1. TPI Movement Assessment

    Conducting a thorough movement assessment to analyze your body's range

    of motion, stability, and flexibility, identifying any asymmetries or

    restrictions in your movement patterns.

​

2. Screening:

    Utilizing TPI screening tools to evaluate golf-specific movements and identify

    any limitations or imbalances that may affect your performance.

​

3. Muscle Testing:

    Pinpointing area of weakness or tightness that may contribute to movement

    restrictions. 

​

4. Massage Therapy:

    Aiming to release tension, improve circulation, and enhance overall tissue

    health. 

​

5. Review to TPI App Use: 

    Explaining how to the app can be valuable tool in monitoring your progress

   and maintaining a proactive approach to your well-being.

​

6. Personal Self-Care Recommendations:

      Empowering you with knowledge on how to maintain and enhance your

      movement pattern's between sessions.

TPI Follow-up Session - 60 min. $175

​

For your follow-up session, you can choose from the following options to enhance your golf performance.

​

1. TPI Movement Assessment Review:

   A detailed analysis of your movement  patterns, ensuring progress and addressing any 

   new concerns.

​

2. Muscle Test:

    Target muscle testing to assess strength, flexibility, and functionality, refining our

    approach based on your specific needs. 

​

3.  Leg Air Compression Massager (15 ~ 30 min):

    Experience the benefits of a leg air compression massager, promoting circulation and

    reducing fatigue for improved mobility. 

​

4. Passive Stretch:

     Incorporate passive stretching techniques tailored to enhance flexibility and address.

​

5. Full or Area Focus Massage:

    Choose between a full-body massage for overall relaxation or an area-specific focus to

    address particular muscle groups.
